Really enjoying Zing so far. I would love to have the option to set my own rest periods. Finding them too long but other than that I love it.

This app is great, I use it at home, and the exercises are perfect for what I am trying to achieve. A few great things about the app is that you can add time to your rest is you need it, change out certain workout if a certain one ic challenging, and being able to skip certain workouts if you can do them, as well as telling it what kind of you do and don't have, and it works around that. The AI body scan needs work but, it will probably be more accurate in the forte as technology gets better.

Not that great. If you're limited in equipment, this app lacks customization. As a seasoned lifter, I found it restrictive. Also, in a busy gym, if someone’s using the next machine on your list, there wasn’t a way to skip to the next, at least when I used it. I thought I canceled long ago, but it never went through. I was charged in July without realizing it until today when I got charged again. Lost that money, and they wouldn’t work with me, though they did refund today’s charge.

If I could give it a zero I would. There is no actual person showing you the most. The queuing is terrible, and the description is awful. Is a former fitness instructor before covid this is a terrible app. I put in all my information and also that I was starting over after 4 years and the exercises they have me doing are absolutely ridiculous and dangerous. I am asking for a full refund I'll let you know if I get it.
