I booked three Premier Double rooms with a Lagoon view at Alcántara The Palm Dubai Resort Hotel for Eid holidays. Despite paying in full and receiving confirmation, the hotel informed me that my booking was fake, and they had not received any payment from Zen Hotels. Finally, I paid from my pocket. I strongly advise against using zen hotels due to their fraudulent practices.
