★★☆☆☆ It keeps asking me for permissions that I have already approved. So I can't "try on" any glasses virtually. I've uninstalled, and downloaded the app again, even tried clearing the cache. Super frustrating.

★★☆☆☆ Every time I do the daily check-in, and it's every day for consecutive days in a row I keep any still getting zero. It's getting very frustrating!

★★☆☆☆ Worst customer service. Call the phone number, and it's a fax line, so it screeches. Email gets no response (a month later) and chat is a bot that puts you in loop hell with no rep to talk to. They just don't bother answering you. Paid over $60 for photo chromatic lenses. They don't change color. Can't get in touch with someone. Just out the money and will never use them again.
