I got my groceries delivered within 3 days... Thank you!!! Neither Ondoor nor Bigbasket nor Grocers helped me! but "ZARURI" did... By the way the bad ratings is only due to a bug causing login error.. I didnt get any problem in using this app... Thanks for that , the best part of this app is that it provides exact estimate of the stock.. Loved this app... 100% things delivered . gonna open the groceries on sunday... Complaint darj nahee karte hey aur mahino tak complaint ka koi status nahee batate hey. Customer ko puri tarah se bewkoof banaane ke liye shop kirana ka janm hua hey. Consumar forum ki sahayataa nahee le sakte hon to kripya saawdhaan rahen...

They do not provide proper refunds of items they do not have. Instead give coupons which you won't be able to use because there is no inventory in the store itself. Cheating people out of their money in this time of crisis. Please do not use. I had requested them to refund me the money but they didn't. My refund was 800 rs.
