Very bad experience This app only for paying their bills. I tried to check out a device. App page is stuck in same page. Agents also have no solution, they are getting paid without doing any work. They will waste our time by saying do that do this. At last, they will say you are not eligible, but app says you are eligible. Before question them they close the chat. Sales team agents very poor performance. Zain please make sure your Employers are working well also. Please improve your app.

The app does not help me in any way. I have an internet subscription only, so i don't have a zain mobile number that you can send the verification code on, I entered the subscription number, and it showed an error. I can't even do quick pay.

What happen your operator going out in other country zain, instead the need to connect in the number I call, but they are the one answer my call and I can't reach my destination call.some answer the said im calling to shri lanka .some the answer marhaba...can u fix this please.ur credit have bundle offer to call in other country, but I finish already my credit monthly, I can't use b'coz every time I call, I can't reach and that impossible for 4 different number I try to call.
