This app and their customer support is a joke. I wish I could rate it 0 instead of just 1 star. I ordered a product 2–3 weeks ago, and it still hasn't even been processed or shipped. No tracking info coz the order hasn't even been dispatched. I emailed the customer support last week (they say they reply within a day btw) I'm still yet to receive a response. Legit scammed me of my money and even if I try to get a refund there's an error or ill have to wait 14 days to get it.

For the most part I've had a positive experience purchasing from Zaful. However, I recently placed an order that included my Baccalaureate and graduation dresses, and they haven't even shipped AFTER 24 DAYS!!! My Baccalaureate is now in only 4 days and my graduation ceremony is in 6, and I now have nothing to wear. So, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I'm extremely unsatisfied with this order and will no longer recommend anyone use this site. 24 DAYS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!

Very disappointed, it's been more than 4 I've been asking for a return, and they refused even though I suggested to pay partially the fees, very poor customer service as well, I have worn you not to buy from them!
