I love being able to get my own information so easily. Lots of handy advice available. Have no issues with functionality and appreciate being able to personalize the main screen. Works well when teamed with getting our own data. That allows me to see history of my medical visits, medications, etc.

Loved how intuitive and convenient this is. No more searching endlessly for health services. In the future I want to see more transparency around the need a family practice registery. Like where I am on the list, estimated time until I get a family practice, etc. I also want to see the records section expand from just having vaccine records. Like having prescription history. Would also be nice if I could refill/renew prescriptions directly in the app. But overall very happy for with version 1

I thought this app was for accessing health records but not easy to navigate.

Entering the health card number I get an "Error 1: Something is not right. Review all fields and try again or contact MSI" and the Health card number field is highlighted. I tried several times and still it says "Must be 10 digits". My health card number starts with "001" perhaps it doesn't count the leading zeros. Shouldn't the developers know the cards out there have leading zeros?!!!

Still had to wait almost 3 hours, and before they reached out I had to take my father to the hospital given severity of the situation... love the idea but clearly not working when it comes to turnaround time.
