Easy to connect just hold down brake power and throttle when you first get scooter to wipe memory then turn off and on then turn Bluetooth on phone on and make phone discoverable then it will link with scooter.

The scooter was good for about a wk, then screws inside the battery area started undoing and rattling around, then other screws I couldn't get to went loose, I had to undo the battery compartment to put the screws back in

Iv downloaded the app, but it is unresponsive I can't change any of the settings it doesn't work I can still use scooter, but I can unlock it or change speeds or use the app at all Simple have to use it without the app which is very disappointing
