I can't even make 1 order because THE APP REQUIRES SMS VERIFICATION BUT DOES NOT SUPPORT ANY OF MY NUMBERS. Any number I put is either NOT SUPPORTED OR BLOCKED by the app. This application is trash it is absolute garbage. You can't even place a god-damn order, no support option to speak to anyone find another app to order food !

It's not a good app. There are restaurants that lie in their menu, and when customer support is contacted, the customer service is 0-star customer service, and they remove customer coupons and lie about it. They also did not fix the restaurant order issue. Yemeksepeti just lies.

The app has clearly decreased the support staff and disabled customer support calls. Your only option when a restaurant messes up your order is to use the live chat where the staff takes forever to respond. Restaurants can join the app with almost no restrictions. Half of the restaurants here consistently messes up orders, delays, and refuses to replace items. Comments for the restaurants are useful but inconsequential, low star restaurants keep getting recommended and don't get punished at all.

Lack of customer care and support. Help Center only tries to give some back pats, no real help nor support. If one experiences a problem, one can find no one to solve. If one calls their phone number to get a quick solution they just hang up rudely.
