★★★★★ VERY PLEASANT VERY FRIENDLY, MOST OF THE TIME EASY ACCESS. ALARM SYSTEM FOR THE HOUSE FANTASTIC, SENSORS WORKING LIKE THEY SHOULD. WHEN WE LEAVE THE HOUSE WE SET THE ALARM, I FEEL COMFORTABLE THAT THE ALARM IS ON, I PERILOUSLY CHECK MY PHONE SHOWS RED ALARM IS ON I FEEL GREAT AND SECURE SYSTEM IS WORKING.

★★★★★ Update...... I'm liking the app, can't give a 5 yet as the settings for the thermostat program for temp change does not work. Props where props are due. Liking the new update so far. Give it a minute to see if the performance is constant....if so I will return with a 5. Update.....still a 4.....camera response is not to par...sometimes app responds slow As of late, I am getting better response, faster, but.... It's not fluid yet.... Close but not there yet.... Purpose thought for hearing me

★★☆☆☆ Can't arm and disarm from this app anymore. Worthless. Fortunately we are dropping Xfinity and its awful home monitoring service anyway here in a few days. Comcast sucks.

★★☆☆☆ I used to live this app but no more can't get on my phone, so bought new phone still won't work called xfinity home stayed on phone for hours they were expediting got nowhere, so I can't use my phone only from my house so to me, it is now useless never had a problem before the guy said they were updating and that's been it ever since shows phone is compatible with app, but new app is totally useless
