Downloaded the app recently once I got my login from the center. Everything seems to work well 😃

Can't log in, screen either flashes or doesn't load. Keeps showing 'your session has expired' message remains even after the app is closed. Occasionally works. Have updated app and no luck. I need to use this app for child care, please help.

Terrible app. I can't see my kids or their bookings as I am not the Primary, but I am a guardian. But I can see nominees. I have a center show that we never even enrolled at, just a waitlist. No way to contact Xap in the app via a chat to resolve issues.

14 months on from my last review on this app and nothing has improved. It is completely useless. Now it's so glitchy it often doesn't even open it just freezes on the screen desperately trying to load. I cannot believe information pertaining to my child's care is reliant on this embarrassment of an app.
