★★☆☆☆ I sent a bit over $100 to a friend in Kenya, and it went through just fine. Then a week later, I tried to send a bit over $1k to my girlfriend in Kenya and the transaction got cancelled. Support wouldn't tell me the reason why, but suggested it might be the amount. So I tried to send $70, and they not only cancelled the transaction, but also deactivated my account without explanation. EDIT: I switched to Remitly. It's been exactly 1 year, and still no problems. Highly recommend Remitly!

★★☆☆☆ I transferred a large amount of money to WorldRemit in England, WorldRemit refuse to accept they have the money although I sent my bank PDF transaction. Chat to them 20 times, carnt get past the incompetent telephone agents, when request to speak to a supervisor they drop the call on me each time. That's after waiting over an hour to chat to an agent. Would never recommend this company.
