Perfect festival app, can load set times and the group chat function is great

Great app for festivals. Only slight improvements would be the function to navigate off the app (to listen to a newly found artist) and go straight back to where you were in the listings; and to show timings more clearly (on my display timing font/column size means I can only see part of the show times). But a minor point really.

Very good app, only thing that is wrong is that when you click the back button in a chat, you don't go to the list of chats, but back to the home screen, and you have to go back to inbox again to see all the chats. I just want to go back to the list, so I can chat with someone else!

A complete mess. Stuck on white screen. "Timetable not published yet" when the event is already halfway through. Infinite log in loops, then told "your phone number has tried to log in too many times" to add insult to injury. All round bad UX, useless maps. Why do I need to sign up for this nonsense just to see the line-up? The "features" of this app offer nothing over a paper timetable and add tons of hassle.

Decent app, but lacks well thought UX. - search function is actually redundant. Want to know the fests available in your town or during a time of the year? Too bad. You have to know the fest name already. - UX/UI flow is a bit all over the place. - it's use purpose diminishes as soon as you get to the festival where there's no service! No Internet/service means: No messaging to or from staff or users. No map. Etc. And sometimes woov is the "certified" app used for those festivals.
