Finally, started taking this app seriously after reading Rethinking Positive Thinking – and it has done wonders. I already have better sleep and exercise more. But one feature is missing and I *REALLY* want it: contrasting for negative thoughts (Instead of starting with a wish, start with fear and then contrast with reality to overcome fears). I make do with the current feature, but it's annoying because the description doesn't match what I'm doing.

Good app. Just wish it would let me delete past woops. Also, they should make it where you make an account so that I don't have to re-write my woops on another phone. All around it is helpful, and I enjoy using woop.

I like the simplicity of the app, but it'll be great if I can edit the wish after creating. Also, I find out that when creating a woop, the input text is white, which is the same as the background…

Great idea but the app is literally unusable. Crashes very often (too often to determine why). Unusable interface. Weird user experience. Prompts like "5-6 words" turn out to actually be a character limit of 35 characters...

The text in the box where you are meant to type your WOOPs is white, and the box itself is white-so I can't read what I'm typing! So the app is useless within the first minute of using 😫

App stressed me out! Your goal must be either Professional, Health related or Interpersonal in order to use it. Now I'll never get that permit for my shed! Maybe I could get a job on the Township Zoning Board, and then I could use the Professional domain! WOOP! Or they could just simply add an "Everything Else" domain to the program, but that makes too much sense.
