Tried it and it doesn't work. When I start the app it tells me to connect to a 127.0.0.1:1234, but the browser tells me that it refused to connect. Any fixes? Edit: Took me a while, but I found a fix. My router got a 2.4GHz and 5GHz. On the 2.4GHz works and on 5GHz you need to adjust the IP settings on your phone from DHCP to Static and the subnet mask from 23 to 24. Changed my review to 5 Stars since it works great.

This must be one of the buggiest apps I have ever seen. It can't even decide on its name! It calls itself Wi-Fi File Transfer here, but on installation it calls itself simply File Transfer. It has difficulty finding the IP address of the phone, and when it does, it suggest HTTP access, when in fact it all I can get is FTP access, but that doesn't work either. There are much better FTP apps out there.

Why did the file names change? Is it possible to upload the whole folder. I am impressed with transfer speed but what stopped me from going pro the file names where changed which is a drawback for me.

Couldn't be more useless! It can only upload files but not entire folders and on top of that it crashes, if you select more than 10 files.

It does not work. I run the app on the first as instructed, but when I enter the URL on the second device, it just shows a circle spinning and spinning but does not display the files on the first device.
