★★★★★ It's pretty good, but some functions are not user-friendly. Ie: repeating orders and trying to delete items. Can't delete last item as the click tab deletes the whole order.

★★★★★ It sucked my food was supposed to be ready at 12:05 it is 12:40 now I have watched 6 people come in order there food and leave and still haven't got my food this white castle has the poorest customer service I have ever seen I mean poor poor poor

★★☆☆☆ They tell me when I get to the drive-thru that they need my phone number and information to confirm the order when the app tells me all I need to do is mention the order at the drive-thru speaker

★★☆☆☆ I played with it for a while & never could claim any of the rewards I'd earned, they kept disappearing. So if you're using the app for money perks good luck

★★☆☆☆ Joined just for the $5 coupon, and it glitches out of my cart at checkout and is no longer available
