Who ever say this app is bad, they lie, the app perfectly works with me, my kids can call me, I can call them back, there watch can answer automatically without they know, you could listen to what happen in the class without they noticing that, no games in the watch no camera which perfect brand for saving battery, just make plane for Internet for sim card, and you will get the functions 😉, you could allow kids to call only two people which is (Dad and Mom) , perfect color watches.

It does not pair with the watch. Keeps saying waiting for permission. I can throw the device out just like that. Money into the trash can

Keeps saying "send sms failed". Couldn't pair the phone. In other words my daughter cannot use her watch! Wherecom how can you sell something that one cannot pair? You are stealing from customers.

Lot of problems with the app, in a first go video call receipt option not available, once we disconnected and open the app first then only able to receive video call. Lot of improvement needed.

Gps location bis not getting updated frequently. It required continuous touch on map page. This is the pathetic, disappointing and cheating from supplier, as this is the feature why we bought this smartwatch else other smartwatch with gps feature are available in market with good quality and cheap in cost. Msg being sent from watch to mobile is pretty slow. I request you to update the app son that gps location of the watch get updated continuously. Remaining features are on 2nd priority
