★★☆☆☆ Devices constantly disconnect, app is buggy as heck. Constantly crashes, including when trying to send bug reports. Had both an indoor and outdoor plug with them, wish I got a different brand.

★★☆☆☆ I can't even connect my new plug, it consistently keeps on crashing, I can't even get to the add the device menu before it crashes again or asks me to clear the cache, hire someone who knows how to update your app.
