Wendy's in my Opinion has always been better than McDonald's. Yes I still like McDonald's on occasion, But Everything especially their burger patties are better. And $3 for the Son of the Baconator or 2 for $6 is perfect price for the sandwich/s. Its cheaper and beats the Double cheeseburger at McDonald's by far. And the Double don't even have bacon it. So I hope Wendy's keeps it that way. Keep it up Wendy's!!

Cust serv here is lacking for drive through. Some are great. But the 1 usually in Drive Through most of the time is consistently rude & acts annoyed. He went as far as refusing to give me extra crackers even as I was offering to pay for extra. His response was, "You have enough." and shut the window. This is 1 event amongst many. It's so extreme that I stopped going. This is my 1st order in about 5 months. And this is the 1st bad review I've ever left in 47 yrs.

The only reason to have the app is for the deals and every deal always says that you forgot to add something even when you satisfy what the deal needs to be valid. What's the point? It's not like your food is made faster or better because you used the app. Completely useless, I can do the same with an employee at a drive through if I'm just going to pay full price.

They put the spicy nuggets at the top of the menu and the regular ones at the way bottom of the list. IDK how many times I've ordered the spicy nuggets on accident. So frustrating
