Incredibly disappointing service. I booked a trip for the weekend, the day I was to leave, I was informed that my hotel was not available. After multiple phone calls I was instructed to keep my original booking I would need to pay extra. This turned out to be a pattern. From seats on the plane to every aspect of the trip. To make matters worse, the hotel still charged me for my stay and I had to request refund due to Weekends inability to even pay for my room! I do not recommend this service.

I am not able to use the app. I am getting an error message saying something is wrong. This message has occurred for over 4 days. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still receive the same message. The concept is great if only the app would work. In addition, it does not offer train option as an alternative travel method.

Does this app no longer work in the US? when I click to pay it goes to website and says this page not found. Below that is says "we are sorry but this link does not work"

Unfortunately it doesn't matter which offer I choose, or location or airports, the offers are always expired. I tried with over 45 different locations and departure dates and times, etc and all had exactly the same issue: "Offer has expired."

No way to update your default airport/ location in the app. The default is US‐based cities with no option to change to UK-based cities. Worthless app
