The first time I install the app I didn't struggle but if you lost signal it is difficult to connect the watch with the àpp again

I can't even connect the watch to the app it doesn't even have a name for it anywhere on the package, booklet, and the watch is self.

My insurance offered this fitness watch, can't set the time, can't sync the watch with the app, and can't even make an account!! This was $58.00 waist of time and money!! I believe it is illegal for insurance to sell equipment that does not work at all. I will be looking into it. I will also be looking into starting a petition for reimbursement for people who have used their Benefits for equipment that is sold through their Benefits program and not receiving the proper equipment needed!!!
