★★☆☆☆ I have sent several emails requesting access to my account. I just recently upgraded to premium and since them have been locked out. I would like to cancel my membership since no one has answered my emails.

★★☆☆☆ I am surprised nobody mentioned that the app "download updates" about something every time when opening the app. It used to take me straight to log on screen and sign in. There's no "skip" to straight log in. It is really annoying when opening the app.
