★★★★★ Meditation completely turned around my life. Helped me have a better outlook towards things, made my relationships better and the list goes on. Couldn't have wished for a better guide than Sam Harris.

★★★★★ I’ve been using the Waking Up app for over a year now, and it has transformed how I approach mindfulness. It’s not just about meditation, it’s about staying present in every moment, as Sam Harris and other teachers emphasize. The apps guided meditations, along with its insights into the science and philosophy of mindfulness, have been invaluable. Sections like Practice, Theory, and Conversations offer diverse perspectives that have deepened my understanding and helped me sustain my practice.

★★☆☆☆ The app won't open its always stuck on the loading page. It wasn't like this when I used it one year ago, now I come back and it won even open.

★★☆☆☆ I didn't stick with it. The app is tedious and cluttered. The meditations feel the same. The speakers' voices weren't relaxing. I find it degrading and pretentious that you have to apply for "scholarship" if you can't afford the full costs. Maybe it's the wording used. This isn't a university. It's a phone app about meditation, and the costs are prohibitive to anyone below middle class as it is. Gives an elitist vibe off overall. Not a great entryway to meditation. Much prefer Balance app.

★★☆☆☆ Update 6: AWESOME CONTENT-However, Sam appears to be unhinged. Could we have a version of Waking Up sans Sam? It'd be awesome
