EDIT: customer service seems to listen when you leave a bad review! Within about 24 hours of this issue arising it was fixed and I no longer have the premium popup in my app. ORIGINAL: used to be my favorite alarm app until a recent update made it, so my previous purchase of premium is no longer recognized- I have been using wakey for nearly four years now but will be finding another alarm app that won't punish me for being a long time user.

Every update seems to make this app worse. They're now paywalling how many alarms you can have, I'm at 6 and cannot add more. The only perk to this app now is the Flip to Snooze, which isn't a common feature, but if I can't even create any more alarms to snooze in the first place this seems pointless.

I foolishly updated my app 2/2025, and now they have removed some of my reminders because now it's a premium pay app to have as many reminders as I had. I am extremely unhappy! 😡 Years ago I installed the app. Only One Small Exception Sometimes the alarm gets lost while it's "alarming" so be sure to set the duration short, else the only reason I've found to end it is to reboot the phone. Perhaps a good reminder to reboot the phone. 🤔

Hi Wakey Team, I'm requesting a refund because the white noise that you must pay for hurts your ears. There is no way to preview it beforehand, and I only played it for one second before turning it off, unsubscribing, and uninstalling the app.
