★★☆☆☆ Set up my account wouldn't let me enter postcode when adding a card, managed to trick it. Also, when trying to pre-book a cab it just tells me all drivers are busy in the area and to pre-book instead even though that's what I'm trying to do book it for 1 hour later. Pretty useless app if you can't even book one in advance let alone get one ASAP.

★★☆☆☆ NO INFORMATION WHEN WAITING. The delay in receiving info on whether your booking has gone through takes a while. Then the information about your driver doesn't turn up until outside your door, so you can be waiting with no information for quite a while.

★★☆☆☆ Pre-booked two days before the event for taxi at 6 pm. The day of the event, the app was looking for a taxi 10 minutes before, which then found one 30 minutes away. We cancelled and got an Uber in 4 minutes. I was disappointed the taxi wasn't put in for a booking. Don't recommend it.
