The preferred option to shopping at the store itself. No more long checkout lines, rude staff, or out of stock items. Can shop anywhere in Montreal. Less headache. I just wish they had a kosher option, too, for others, I know who would jump on board immediately for all their grocery needs. Food is fresh, and pearachables are kept cool during the hot summers as well as all year round, and delivery is more organized. What more can you ask for.

Can't register so can't shop. The verification codes do not work, so I cannot log in. But I can do a password reset and if it tries to recreate my account with the same email it says I'm already a registered user. I'm stuck in a loop and emails go unanswered. Terrible.

What's the point? App just takes you to the web page. Edited to add: doesn't even work anymore, login page won't load. Been that way for months. On mobile and PC

Let down for the last time? No control over substitutions and failed delivery turns what should be a great service to a major frustration. Preordered food for Christmas Eve dinner items over a week in advance. Half my sides cancelled without substitutions. I guess I'm going to the grocery store Christmas Eve instead of spending time with family because Voilà can't manage inventory or honor first orders.
