★★★★★ Vivint uses technology and award-winning customer service to deliver great service. For example an automated call will call to tell me if a battery is weak. I get live calls in minutes of any security alert triggered. Very friendly and knowledgeable customer service. Great service!

★★☆☆☆ After 6 years of being loyal to ADT and running into minor issues, I decided to leave and think the grass would be greener with vivint after 3 days of using the mobile app and having expensive dogs in my home I'm unable to access my home security system at all and not to mention kicked me out the app, unable to control the thermostat while away from my home and unable to view anything within my home.......... So unsatisfied at the moment, and it's 12:19am

★★☆☆☆ If you're thinking of switching to Vivint, don't do it. I had Nest cameras and I honestly should have stayed with them. Never had trouble with Nest like I do with Vivint. With Vivint, I'm constantly having to reboot the system. Cameras keep going offline. Purchased the door lock as well, and it doesn't unlock from the app. Playback doesn't work sometimes.
