New to this but it works. Only issue is the inmate im trying to video chat with lol. If he knew I was trying to chat with him would be great. It's no fault of the app only the inmate.

I love that I can use this App to video chat with my man while he's in jail but its expensive they make so much off people especially where I'm from when it's basically the only option to see you loved one while in jail. Keeps stating "must accept all permissions". I have done this several times. Uninstalling and reinstalling app. Very much an inconvenience. If you created this disaster...BURN IT DOWN. 🤬

This app is a waste of money. Visiting at scheduled te time every time it connected us we talked for 30 seconds, and it would hang up again when I go to log in it pops up at the bottom I am logged in from another device, so I never get the calls when my husband calls from jail I spent two whole minutes with it hanging up on me and him that got wasted out of the money that I spent they won't even reimburse it, and it's been nothing but problems so far. I use it to see him, but it's a difficult visit
