Works pretty well overall, but still some bugs to work out. For example: - Scrolling through the day's events is not smooth at all, very jerky. It should also start at the current time when you open it, instead of making you scroll through the whole day when it's 10pm. - When looking at restaurants, walk-in eateries, "View all Opening Times" it doesn't show the times for any walk-in eateries.

Edit: They fixed it on the last update. Yay, thanks, Virgin. Now, I'm less stressed about my boarding process. Still 4 stars until I test things onboard. This app is so broken, and Virgin does not care. They force you to do so many important things through only the app, and they don't work. Like checking in, travel docs, booking restaurants, and spa. It's ridiculous. There should be an option to do these things on the website, not just app. I wish I had known about these issues before booking.

I had the privilege to do a back to back cruise. Santorini and Greece. The sunsets and sunrises were magnificThe menu on board the Resilient Lady catered for everyone's taste. The late night Burgers and Pizza was definitely a favorite with the holidaymakers. We spent most nights ending our evening with the band in the bar, Multi talented Slam the guitarist was supported by phenomenal talent: BJ on bass and a drummer. The 2 weeks on Resilient was definitely a holiday for the memoir ❤️🎶💃🎶❤️

Lots of crashes Crashing when trying to upload passport pre-cruise. Crashing when looking at Add Ons and requires logging back into the app. After logging back in still can not access add-ons

Did not work the entire time I was on the ship. Literally white screen. No notifications, no nothing. Completely useless.

Can not get this app to load. I leave in 20 days and unable to work this app and keep getting emails from. Virgin to check in on the app. Not sure why this app doesn't work and Virgin has created no workaround for it.
