Virgin Pulse changed to Personify Health. I cannot download the app because it keeps telling me that my phone is not compatible therefore I can no longer get points for my steps or keep track of my medical annual exams. Or join any challenges.

This app does not completely sync with my Samsung Health app which means if I am not logging anything other than my steps, I am not accumulating daily points. My motivation to want to earn the points is also 0 as just showing points does not give me motivation, especially with a 50,000 pt goal. I would recommend having badges or something that is earned for achieving specific goals like how Pokémon does with their Go and Sleep app. Otherwise, I do not feel motivated to open the app each day.
