★★★★★ Nothing but great things to say, my phone went to Virgin a while ago, I just got Virgin Internet (DSL 50 MB, Fibe not available) and Virgin TV. I've been very happy with my phone, and the Internet is great, and the TV app works fantastic on my TV. It's HD. Surprised me for DSL. All the reps I have spoken to are so nice, it does help if you are nice to them as well! I am glad to have three services with Virgin now. The only thing is the benefits are a bit gimmicky but not a game changer.

★★★★★ The app works as expected once it's cast, the problem is getting started, when I try to cast, it won't, I have to wait a couple of minutes, sometimes get an error message, other times I have to stop casting, and recast two of three times before it will finally work. It takes about 5 minutes before I can finally watch TV

★★☆☆☆ Been using VP fibe Internet and VP TV app for a week now on Google TV Chromecast and experiencing nothing but daily issues streaming tv. Streaming live TV cuts out and eventually errors - 1060 or 1009f/9D28. The Bell Fibe TV app behaves the same, same errors. Rebooting the modem multiple times per day is not viable for a paid service. Take your money elsewhere.

★★☆☆☆ Sports are very glitchy when you cast from phone to TV. Should have no issues. All Virgin services and tv/phone are compatible. Super annoying

★★☆☆☆ Since new update, the app struggles to connect to my Google Chromecast. It no longer plays one episode after the next on demand. Since the update, it plays one episode of a TV show then disconnects from the Chromecast. Very disappointing for the price we pay for service.
