Generally OK, took me a while to find out how to log out. I would like the ability to see forthcoming transactions, e.g. future payments and standing orders, and would like the ability to log on to online banking without using the app. Unless, as here, there is a reason to download the app for its own utility, I normally avoid giving custom to organizations that effectively force me to download their app. The chat is generally the best way to contact the bank, but is often unavailable.

Horrendous. Complete dice roll on a day-to-day basis whether the app will even let you log in. Same with the website. I miss when it was Clydesdale Bank. I'll be switching banks.

App doesn't show the interest rate of any account. No push notifications for debit transactions. Also, it is known only outbound transactions can be pending, but not with Virgin money it has told me someone has sent me money but is pending which makes no sense.

Awful. Always crashing and disconnecting accounts. When I've got time I'll be leaving virgin money. Especially when my closest physical bank is more than 100 miles away.
