I was sable to access my share ISA. Set up money into it. All nice and easy/clear. I didn't even know my login details but recovered them easily. Good app. Good back end website. All works well for me. Nice and easy.

Not too bad, but nothing special. It makes looking at your investments relatively easy, but lacks some functionality of website (transfers, regular payments and some more) hard to write review on phone when the app you are reviewing keeps timing out). And why the overly strict pin rule that you cannot use same digit twice? It seems browser interface was changed to match app presentation and in doing so made the browser interface less efficient in terms of conveying the information I wish to see

Can't access Cash ISA, S&S only it seems.

It's impossible to use with catch 22 security protocols which means you can't log in unless you are logged in

Only supports very recent investments. Can't view my Virgin ISA or pension in Virgins own investment app, pretty major failure

If you are locked out of app/website, then that's that. I've been locked out for over a year now. The only way back is via 2-factor authentication options both via the app (which you are locked out of at that point!!). Nothing as simple as let's send you a code by text! I've phoned and they couldn't fix it. I've written and they ignore me. They promise to send statements and don't. I've just set up another pension & am about to transfer it. Avoid VM.
