★★★★★
I wanted to measure the rate of rise of a small balloon. I wanted to know the time to reach terminal velocity and to find the terminal velocity. This worked great. I could not figure out how to add an equation but still, got data that otherwise would be difficult to get. That work was indoors and next to video a picoballoon launch and get more data about velocities.

A MUCH-needed app! So many sports apps cannot measure distance via reference points, but this can. Totally awesome being able to get velocity right away on the smartphone. Also amazing to be able to fit a mathematical model to the results, just wish there were a way to save a screenshot of that. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that I cannot zoom video to achieve higher precision on HD video while using tiny smartphone screen. Would prefer adding mode of picking points that requires to press "ok" to enter them.

It would be great if we could control the offset of where we place the blue X's
