Absolute trash. I bought 2 tickets to see stray kids in Hong Kong, but when we arrived at the arena, we still didn't receive the tickets yet, and when we asked that to do at the customer service, they said that viagogo isn't recognized as an authorized app to buy tickets from. My dad and I contacted the viagogo customer service, and they just told us that they would give us refunds, and it was so annoying. I don't recommend it. This is a faulty ticketing app

You end up paying more than twice the price, even if the concert is not fully booked. Might as well book from the actual main ticket vendor. It's invitation to purchase can mislead, stating that this is the Lowest price for the category. But once bought, that's it and the price is around double and the FX rates is much more than you could imagine. Never again.
