This app is completely unreliable and caused me a lot of inconvenience. If you're looking for a trustworthy way to book a doctor, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Avoid this app at all costs!

★★☆☆☆ The worst customer service team, they're very rude and unprofessional and do not understand that they work in a healthcare fintech and that the client might have an emergency. The pharmacy service is now the worst you can wait for more than 2 hours, and after you call Velveeta they start to check why the order is not there!!!!!!!!!!!!
