New app is much better. But there should be an option for tip after the trip is completed. I keep forgetting to set my tip ahead and end up not tipping at all. Also, the ok button for the tip screen is partially hidden by my front camera. Making that button lower would make it easier to use. It takes a few taps to hit it because the camera is in the way.

App often lists my location as a place I am not. Also, it gives zero confirmation of driver ordered until one is on the way. Grossly underestimates time until taxi arrives regardless of traffic.

Cab 181 was blocking the wheelchair ramp and I couldn't get into my building, so I told him he needed to move, he proceeded to scream at me calling me rude and threatened to run me over with his car. This can drive is a danger to the public. He was calling me names. His eyes were bugging out of his head he was so mad... I bruised his enormous ego by telling him to move his car that was illegally parked 🤦🏼♀️ I'm definitely going to get his cab license revoked. Sorry but he's a scary man

Since the new update I can not tip my drivers... please fix this. My driver was amazing! I wish I could have shown my appreciation. I have only rated this low to hopefully point out a potential flaw in you app. If it helps your tech guy I have a LgK61, so whatever Android version that is.

I would like someone from Vets Cab to explain to me why they even bother allowing pre-booking (days in advance) of cabs if they don't even intend to assign the driver until right before pick up time. Almost missed my train home for the holidays when the "assigning driver" message spun around for 15 minutes....so I took my first Uber. They were at my front door in 3 minutes. I have been a loyal Vets Cab customer for decades, so I'm incredibly ticked by their apathy
