I love this service, I've been using it for years now, and I can only say good things about it. If you are commuting around town, it's a great way to get around. I use the service the most in The Bronx, I say that to say this, The Bronx is a very congested area traffic wise, it is hard to get around traditionally such as driving or taking the bus. I find it that I get around so much faster using the Veo vehicles especially with the dedicated bike lanes. So for me, it's a great service.

This app was going great for me until my most recent ride. For some reason, Veo decided that my trip was over IN THE MIDDLE OF MY TRIP. Not only that, THIS WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET. I did not take my phone out to end the trip; it was in my pocket the whole time. So I have a beeping bike that forcefully slowed down on its own that I have to push until I get to a legal parking place. I wanted to report the ride, but "report a ride issue" only lets you view the ride and not report it.

ONLY DOWNLOAD THIS APP IF YOU ENJOY HAVING YOUR MONEY STOLEN. They use arbitrary rules that they decide when to enforce in order to charge you fees and shut down your account while you still have money in your in-app wallet. I parked two inches too far away from the designated safe parking zone (I confirmed with a technician) and was charged nearly 85 dollars in fees. When I charged back those fees my account was suspended and all the money in the app was lost. This ought to be illegal.

BEWARE: They stole my money, bike ran out of battery and in the app there was no way to stop the ride, I thought it's over since I can't end it, well no. They kept on charging me until they took all the deposit. So far nobody is responding email, not sitting on those bikes ever again.
