Awful, friend booked a taxi an hour in advance, waited 20 mins after the time she booked, and it never showed. She called to ask where the taxi was and receiver laughed. Shocker

3 days ago for a review I'd have given 5 stars straight away it was brilliant but 3 days ago I prebooked like I say then about 5 minutes before my Taxi was due I phoned the switch board make sure It was coming to be told they didn't have any drivers for 2 hours, so I walked to where I was going & thought I'll see if I can get a Taxi home, so again I prebooked it for 2:55 so again 5 minutes b4 I phoned the switch board and was told they didn't have any drivers till 5:30 so a 2 & half hour wait
