★★☆☆☆ Velo fraud. 1 week ago I transferred 7000 USD to my velo account, Velo balance shows that these money are on balance. But I can't use money, can't transfer, can't pay, can't take out. Can't do anything. Customer service doesn't make anything clear. Should I report fraud and sue velo and east west bank?

★★☆☆☆ They said my account was frozen due to using a rooted phone. But I was using a pixel 2xl without root. Please fix the root checking algorithm!
