★★☆☆☆ Terrible service I use the bikes to commute from train station to work. But half the time I praise myself Lucky if there are any Bikes available. Already mist my train a few times because of this.

★★☆☆☆ CAREFULL!! I'm writing this after 5 years of use. When your bike doesn't register when you place it back, you get no notification of any kind until you already have to pay. This app is completely useless to help since it only gives you a notification when you place it back. This can help as a confirmation if you remember that you 'are the one responsible for registering the return'. But if you are a little bit forgetful, in a hurry, in the rain, or you know : just a human being, the app stays completely silent even though 'you are renting the bike for 10 hours straight'. All you get is an email, but then you are already due 10s of €. Use responsibly, use carefully, you are a piggyback.

★★☆☆☆ Good app. Works fine but... I can't load my user data ("user zone"), and when I try to report an incident (damage to the bike) I always get the error "the incident may have not been reported. Please try again". That's helpful...

★★☆☆☆ Not sure what happened to the app recently but can't log into user card zone anymore and can no longer see my favorite stations or search for stations. It's just a Google Map with no station info. Better than to use Google Maps to at least see where the nearest station is... and hope for the best that there's a bike!
