Been with vanity over 13 years, and they are best credit union anywhere My branch staff always calls me by name, and although I don't have a lot of money in my accounts they have always bent over backwards to help me with anything They have never screwed up any transactions & the staff are amazing Would not touch a bank with a barge pole And I have been with Banks Thay cannot touch a credit union for service and staff And Van City is outstanding I love their core values and the charities they have

Oct 2024 update is incompatible with my 5-year-old phone. If Vanity cares about the environment and reducing e-waste, the update should work with my current phone. I shouldn't have to buy a new phone just to use the app!

I have used this app for years, today I open it, and I am not able to log on, it says to update, then reroutes me to the play store where it says the app is no longer compatible with my phone. My phone is 4 years old, every other update works well and there are no issues. This must be fixed for those of us who depend on the mobile app to do our banking needs. Please see to this. All my other security updates are up-to-date, so it's not a security issue.
