Upay is the most underrated banking app in Bangladesh. Its customer service is the best. You can open an account from home easily. It offers Visa card without any Bank. However, one thing is insufficient which is the number of agents. I hardly find any Upay agent in my village area and around here. If there isn't any agents then the local desi people can't open Upay. Upay deserves more customer. 👏

Rubbish app. Why do you need whole sms permission for OTP? Don't tell me otp verification is not possible without sms permission. Tons of other apps doing it just fine. Please ask your lazy developers to just search "android sms retriever api" on Google. This is just shady practice by upay. You guys are just getting away with it because unfortunately we have a weak cybersecurity law and enforcement. Uninstalled and reported for malicious practice. Thanks.
