UOB credit cards are lacking a lot of features that other companies offer. QRIS payment using credit cards, toggle on/off for the types of transactions that can be done (temporarily blocking online transactions, so only payments can only be done with the card present, etc., ), and being able to download e-statement through the app.

Very, very bad. Unable to login most of the time, although I have good Wi-Fi and mobile data connection. How can we do transactions if we're unable to login? Come on UOB, you're a multinational bank. How long do you want to ignore this issue? This is not acceptable! Fix your apps and services, whatever it takes!

Application with bery little benefit. I have 5 Citibank cards migrated to be UOB cards and ended to be useless because the application can do nothing. QRIS feature useless, loan on card button useless, many Citibank cards features are not available in UOB. Previously Citibank cards had many innovative program but no more when migrated to UOB.
