I can request a ride because it says "the rider app is blacklisted" why it keeps saying that. Is there any solution. The app stopped working using mobile internet, using Wi-Fi it works. Upd. Today it works, maybe it was related to slow mobile internet, but I'm not sure, because other apps worked.

Unfortunately the service has very limited number of drivers. Very often you cannot find any car at all and need to use services of other service providers. The app and the company are missing a crucial feedback channel. They can be contacted only by a phone call or a Telegram bot. The phone call was impossible for me due to roaming charges. The telegram bot was constantly asking for my phone number in the international format and didn't react further; I didn't understand how to interact with it
