★★☆☆☆ UKG is the worst app in the history of apps! You set up a username and password, and you are lucky if that password works once or twice and then stops working altogether. You literally have to come up with a new password just about every time you log in to this app because the password never works more than once or twice before it stops working! If there was an award given for the worst app, this app would definitely take that award hands down!

★★☆☆☆ App is trash. Have to log in every time you open the app

★★☆☆☆ Useless! Account Locked! Every time I use it I have to change my password, because it doesn't recognize my last one. Account Locked! Now when I go to change my password, I get asked a security question, but no password reset. Account Locked! Eventually, I get a password sent to my email. I go to log in, enter the password, & no guesses for what comes next. Account Locked! This is one of the worst apps I have ever had to use. Fortunately, the Workforce Ready version works on Firefox, on a laptop.

★★☆☆☆ I despise this system. As an itinerant, it is cumbersome. The time clocks do NOT recognize my face, I am constantly being "unidentified" as well as having to retry 2–3 times and still receive an error code. After using the app, I have to double-check the website to make sure the clock in, travel/transfer, and clock out really registered. If it didn't, I have to make a change request. My start and end times are always showing a "shortfall" due to an error at HR. This system is flawed.

★★☆☆☆ The absolute worst app I've ever used. Complete garbage. Glitchy, too many ways to do the same thing, so everyone tells you a different way each time you ask for help, so you remember none. Nothing about it makes any sense. It's not intuitive. GARBAGE GARBAGE GARBAGE GARBAGE GARBAGE GARBAGE GARBAGE GARBAGE GARBAGE GARBAGE GARBAGE GARBAGE GARBAGE
