i have used this app for several years and it has always worked great. the ability to electronic deposit physical checks is wonderful and even better is that the function works 99% of the time like it should!

The latest update is terrible. App crashes repeatedly during check deposit or during use of other features. Previous version performed much better. Had to go through the whole registration process again, which was a complete hassle and waste of time when all I wanted to do was deposit a check - which in itself is a struggle to obtain a focused picture. We will soon be leaving Truity; we are very busy and don't have time for subpar functionality.

truity doesnt really like to work with cash app, venmo, or other systems. the app crashes all the time. doesnt matter if its ios or android. their developers need to update and make the app better. thats 3/4 of the reason i will be closing my truity account.
