Works really well. Search for routes and times, buy tickets. Super easy. You are also supposed to be able to cancel and change your tickets, but... The one time we got the station early, we got on an earlier train. In spite of three attempts, we could not change to the earlier route. This was also the one time we saw a conductor on multiple trips, And we got dinged 5 Euros per ticket just to change the ticket on the train. Basically because the app wouldn't allow the change.

Made our train travel much easier. If you're from the US, the US isn't in the list, you select Stati Uniti, not intuitive for USers. Once you've entered travel companions details once, they're easily added to new tickets. We only saw a ticket inspector once, they want the qr code for them to scan. To improve: if your journey has train changes, the change doesn't show on the ticket unless you open it, in the list it looks like a direct connection. We missed a connection because of this.

This is the worst train system ever in the whole european train system that I have been. No prior warnings, information or even an announcement from the app and on the place (no employees are informing it) They let people bought the tickets as much as they can even though the train is cancelled due to strike. No English-speaking employees, and it was summer, a lot of people. Refund? Hell no, I submitted my submission for refund and already 2 weeks no further results, they are summer scammers for

Completely antiquated with rigid terms such as fixed regional train instead of the whole day flexibility nowadays found all over EU railways; impossibility to buy tickets of regional trains in the last 5 minutes before departure; etc. It's also not possible to get a refund for an unused regional train ticket even if cancelled days before. No platform or real time information for upcoming journeys. All in all, a substandard app betraying the crippling bureaucracy of a backward country.
