I have a Trek Fuel Ex-e 9.7. The App works well, but it doesn't show if the motor firmware needs updating. Also, it doesn't allow the wheel rollout of the bike to be set for calculating the speed. The power displayed on the bike display is wildly different from the power measured by my Garmin power pedals.

Yay! An integrated bike app that now works with the FX+2 with lots of customizable information. Who needs a bike LCD screen now? Connecting to my bike was a bit "iffy" & don't quite understand yet how to plan a route. But it does interface with Strata & Komoot. So many thanks and kudos to Trek.

When I first got the bike, the app worked great. Now it shows my average speed at 185 mph, disconnects on every ride, shows the wrong ride time. The display on the bike shows wrong data... I rode 14 miles on Eco and used 20% of my battery. The display showed I had only 20 miles left on battery time. Rider support has asked me a lot of questions, but NO help. I'll be in Mexico starting next week for 6 months with no remedy. Lots of money to pay for a Fuel Exe 9.8 with poor customer service.

I have a rail 5 gen 3 and the app will not connect to bike. Tried many times and in many ways. Have unloaded & re-installed app to be sure. It is poorly written. Stick to the bosch ebike app....it works great!

Bought a trek rail and this app doesn't work in SA. How can you own an ebike and not be able to connect to it and tune it??? 🤔
