★★★★★ The setup process kept failing, either due to my carrier or phone manufacturer. I wasn't able to cancel my trial, it kept giving me an error. So why the 5 stars? They refunded me almost immediately once I sent an email. They were courteous and understood, so that gets a 5 star any day in my book.
★★★★★ Excellent service for unmasking private calls. I had some very unexpected results concerning who repeatedly kept calling me privately. It took a little extra work to get my carrier to allow me to forward calls to their service, but is now running smoothly. 5 stars
